Our comprehensive eye examination is just that …. comprehensive! We make sure that all aspects of your eye health is carefully explained in common terms so that patients can understand their issues. We like our patients to be involved in the care of their eyes and see ourselves as their partner to guide them to optimal ocular health and vision.

- Comprehensive eye examinations including state of the art wide-field retinal imaging and OCT scans.
- Myopia control (slowing the progression of short-sightedness in children, teenagers and young adults)
- Soft contact lens fitting including monovision and multifocal options
- Specialty contact lens fitting such as rigid gas permeable lenses and ortho-keratology
- Diabetic vision assessments
- Licence tests both motor vehicle and marine
- Prescribing and dispensing of prescription glasses and speciality eyewear including sunglasses and safety glasses
- On site lens fitting facilities
- Co-management with specialist eye surgeons and general practitioners
- Ocular emergency appointments available daily
- Peace of mind warranty and after sales service on all products
At Eyes & Optics, we invest in our state of the art technology both in the consulting room and the optical laboratory.
Consultation Fees
Please note that Eyes & Optics is a private billing clinic and does not offer bulk billing. As a result, consultation fees apply to all appointments.
Initial consultation: $89.00
If additional diagnostic imaging or specialised testing is required as part of your examination, these services will incur additional fees. Where possible, any recommended tests and associated costs will be discussed with you before proceeding.
